1. EVE WinterFest
Salt Lake City will come to life with EVE WinterFest. It’s a multi-day celebration with concerts, performances and fun activities for children and families. You can discover downtown starting December 26-31. And then you can celebrate the final two nights (December 30 & 31) at the Salt Palace with DJ’s, drinks and the Mirror Ball countdown.

2. NYE & Fireworks at Snowbird
Snowbird will be having their New Year’s Eve Torchlight Parade and Fireworks. It’s a great way for your family and friends to bring in the New Year’s Eve celebrations. There will also be fire pits, hot coco, waffles (everybody loves waffles) and live music!
There are also overnight accommodations for those that really want to ring in the New Year!
Fire pits and hot cocoa, 6 – 7 p.m.
Torchlight Parade, 6 p.m.
Fireworks, 6:30 p.m.
DJ, 9 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.

3. New Year’s Eve Early Countdown at Hogle Zoo’s Zoolights
You’l be able to join the Hogle Zoo for the New Year’s Eve countdown. It’s a great way to get the kids excited about the New Year. Kids will receive free noisemakers at 8 p.m., and the count down starts at 9 p.m. Carolers will also be roaming the Zoo grounds from 7-9 p.m., singing classic Christmas carols. Seriously, what better way to ring in the New Year with your family.
4. Clubs and Dance Parties
Utah has a huge nightlife scene and that means if you’re looking to dance and bring in the New Year with some good music, friends and adult drinks, you can jump onto SmithTix and check out the tickets that are still available for concerts, clubs and dance parties all around Salt Lake City. You’ll be able to find events at The Depot, The Great Saltair, the Infinity Event Center, Park City Live and even Bar Deluxe.

5. Wiseguys Comedy Clubs
If you just want to start the New Year with laughter then don’t forget that you can check out Wiseguys Comedy Clubs. There’s always a good comedian on the list and you’ll be sure to have a good time. This year we can expect to see Jay Wittaker from “Geekshow.” He’s won the “Best comedian Award.” And you can also book to see Dwayne Perkins. He’s been seen on The Tonight Show, Letterman, Comedy Central and Conan.

6. New Years Eve Gala
This will be a real treat for those looking for something unique, classy and fun to do on New Year’s Eve in Salt Lake City, Utah. Singles and Couples are welcome to attend. The event is limited to 150 people so reserve your ticket today. We are also taking table reservations (sit 9 people).
The Gala will include:
