Cendy Mendoza teaches us about loving yourself in life!

I’m Cendy Mendoza many of you might not know me but the purpose of this is to try to bring some light to those of you who feel lost.

I know we all have days where we feel broken, we feel like life doesn’t have a meaning anymore. You may have family problems, lost a best friend, have health issues, or maybe you just feel upset and don’t even know the reason, whatever your feelings are always remember there’s light at the end of every tunnel. If today was a bad day remember that tomorrow will be a better day and the day after that will be even better. Our mindset works in a way where if we don’t let positivity inside us we’re always going to have that upset feeling, and if we’re always upset we’re miss out on the beauty of life.

Life has so many beautiful things to offer but we’re often too busy focused on the negativity that it then ends up leaving us blind. Don’t let yourself go blind, enjoy what life has to offer you. Don’t wait for tomorrow, start today. Go outside, enjoy the beautiful sun rays and the cool breeze. How many times have you woken up and thanked God for giving you the opportunity to live another day? The amount of people may be very low it makes me upset.

Think about your vision. Have you be thankful enough for it? Have you been thankful enough for your ears that help you hear, your mouth and tongue that help you speak, your feet that help you move yourself from place to place. Have you been thankful enough for being alive? Take a few minutes of your day and think it through. Be grateful for the little things life gives you because someone out there is wishing they had what you already have.

Sometimes we ask/wish for more when really all we need is what we already have. I’ve learned that no matter how much we have we’ll always have the desire to want more. Be grateful for each and every little thing life gives you.

Learn to love yourself the way you are. It doesn’t matter if you’re tall, short, light-skinned or dark-skinned, love yourself. We are God’s creation and we were made with a purpose. A lot of you probably haven’t found your purpose yet and that’s okay, it takes time.

I was born with the Mitochondrial disease. I didn’t know I had a disease when I was born my parents found that out later when I was 4 years old. The pediatrician noticed I wasn’t walking the way I was supposed to and that’s when I got diagnosed with Mitochondrial. Many of you may ask yourselves “What is Mitochondrial disease?”

Mitochondrial is a muscle disease that weakens the muscle over time and as you all know mostly all of our body parts are made of muscle I depend on most of my mom’s help. Mitochondrial has affected me in so many ways, but guess what? Even if I was born with a disease I still have a purpose. I may not have found it yet or maybe inspiring others with blogs is what my purpose is all about who knows. Whatever it is I’m trying to find it and I’m give it my all, and I want you all to do the same. No matter how hard life treats you don’t let it drown you. Prove it you’re stronger and swim through it. Always remember to be grateful, love yourself, and find your purpose!
